Who I Am

About Me

I am an Associate Professor at Dayananda Sagar University (DSU), Bangalore, with over a decade of academic experience across several prestigious management institutions in Karnataka. Holding a Ph.D. and MBA, my academic journey has been driven by a passion for making management education impactful, practical, and research-oriented.

My research interests span e-banking, digital payments, financial performance analysis, microfinance, GST, and fintech — with a particular focus on how technology is reshaping the Indian banking and financial landscape.

Beyond teaching, I actively contribute to institutional development through roles as Placement Coordinator, Research Cell member, and Social Internship coordinator. I have served as Women's Wing President and conference convener, and have guided 30+ MBA students through their dissertations.

  • Spearheaded the end-to-end development of the Online BBA Program at DSU CDOE — from curriculum design and regulatory approvals to full-scale program execution, including student administration, faculty coordination, and academic delivery
  • Worked extensively with Meritto (NoPaperForms) CRM for student lifecycle management — overseeing lead tracking, admission enquiries, follow-up workflows, and conversion pipelines for online program intake
  • Operated and contributed to the configuration of the university's ERP system for academic operations, including student enrollment, fee management, examination records, and faculty data management
  • Proficient in Brightspace (D2L) LMS — used for online content delivery, course management, student engagement, and learning analytics; possess working knowledge of its architecture and operational blueprint
  • Hands-on experience with Code Tantra as the online examination platform — managing assessment delivery, proctoring workflows, and result processing for Online BBA students
  • Managed the student help desk and admission enquiry system — handling inbound queries, resolution workflows, and escalation protocols to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for prospective and enrolled students
